The Travel Consultant role involves utilizing your core skills in customer service and sales techniques to assist clients in planning their trips. Your premium skills in negotiation and relationship building will enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Travel Consultant Duties: Managing client enquiries and relationships. Creating bespoke day tour itineraries based on client needs. Managing requests, itinerary and bookings from travel agents. Creation of customised itineraries. Managing guide and supplier relationships. Booking guides, tickets and other travel products. Sourcing and booking client accommodation. Travel Consultant - Essential Requirements: Previous experience working for a tour operator, preferably providing bespoke itineraries for high-level clients including transfers, tours and accommodation Excellent written and spoken English Meticulous attention to detail and must be good with numbers You must be a self-starter (and finisher!) and not require a high level of supervision.
