Requirements of the Multi-Trader/Carpenter: Must be experienced in the following trades; Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling, Decorating, Minor groundworks, Roofing and general building and property maintenance. Have experience in commercial and domestic environments. A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role. Able to work as part of a team and own initiative. Good communication and organisational skills.
