We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to manage and deliver fire sprinkler projects from handover through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required customer, quality and regulatory standards, while managing clients, site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead project initiation and handover meetings with Sales, Design, QS and other stakeholders. Produce and maintain project programmes. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Attend Cost to Complete (CTC) meetings and monitor project costs. Manage labour, materials and on-site resources. Raise purchase orders and work with approved suppliers. Identify and manage contract variations and ensure these are invoiced. Prepare and complete final accounts. Ensure installers are appropriately qualified, competent and fully briefed. Carry out regular site inspections and facilitate toolbox talks. Ensure all Health and Safety documentation is completed, including RAMS and attendance records. Manage and resolve supplier non-conformances. ..... full job details .....
