Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through engaging, play-based and structured activities
• Create a positive and caring atmosphere that encourages independence, curiosity, and confidence
• Support early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills through interactive learning
• Provide emotional and pastoral support to help children feel secure and ready to thrive
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and staff to support each childandrsquo;s unique development
• Participate in EYFS events and contribute to the wider school community

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception)
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred)
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and inclusive practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early years education and creative learning
