Multi Skilled Engineer – Manufacturing (Food Industry)

• Planned and reactive maintenance (because stuff breaks, obviously).

• Spotting and suggesting improvements rather than bodging it and hoping for the best.

• Getting your head around a mix of machinery — some new, some… let’s call it “heritage equipment.”

• Keeping food safety and H&S at the front of your mind, because salmonella is not a KPI anyone wants.

• Talking to production in a way they actually understand.

• Enhanced pension (more than the legal minimum, thankfully).
