Head of FinanceFTC (12 months)Fully remote 60kLiverpool Head of Finance required for one of our not for profit organisations based in Liverpool on a 12 month FTC. The Head of Finance will manage a team of 2 and co-ordinate the provision of the Financial Management and Statutory Accounting functions, overseeing operations including financial/statutory accounts production and consolidated budget/accounts production. Responsibilities; Responsible for the management of the financial reporting process, co-ordination of the Groups financial reporting requirements and processes, including the preparation of the consolidated annual budget.Support the production of the groups Service Level Agreements in conjunction with senior management and associated budget holders.Manage and oversee the update, maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of the Groups financial management system, including system development, report writing, and database administration functions.Manage, oversee, and co-ordinate the Group''s External Audit, ensuring that the Group complies with its regulatory and statutory financial reporting requirements.Manage the provision of comprehensive financial advice and training for any financial services provided, ensuring that management and statutory accounts are produced in accordance with required standards.Assist with any other regulatory returns as required.Liaise as appropriate with the Groups key stakeholders including Regulators, Internal and External Auditors, and ..... full job details .....
