We are seeking a committed Family Solicitor, welcoming applications from NQ solicitors to highly experienced practitioners. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing department, contribute to its future direction, and deliver high-quality client care. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic abuse matters.Provide clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice to clients.Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.Represent clients in negotiations and hearings where appropriate.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service.Contribute to the ongoing development of the Family Law department as it grows and restructures.Support team members, share knowledge, and engage in collaborative working.Participate in business development activities, networking, and raising the department''s profile.
