Drive sales growth within the UK and IE market by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.Lead a team of sales professionals to expand the customer base, increase market share, and consistently meet sales targets.Foster a high-performance culture and maintain strong customer relationships.Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to ensure alignment of team strategies with regional goals.Monitor and analyse sales metrics, provide detailed performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.Build and sustain relationships with key customers, address concerns promptly, and ensure high standards of customer service.Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities; develop actionable insights to enhance market presence.Work with marketing, product development, and customer support to execute sales initiatives and improve processes.Achieve and maintain targets such as 6% month-over-month sales growth and high team target attainment.Qualifications

Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to inspire and motivate a team.Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools; analytical mindset.Strong problem-solving skills.Successful candidate profile

Enjoys sales activities and supporting people; strong people management experience.Track record in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing.IT and digitalisation enthusiast; willingness to use modern technologies and software.Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage.English native speaker; able to work in a dynamic startup environment.Empathetic with strong relationship-building and pro-active teamwork; excellent problem solving and determination to achieve goals.Conditions
