Overview An established and rapidly expanding services business is recruiting for an internal recruiter to support with their ongoing growth. Operating at scale and delivering a high volume of work daily, the this role plays a key part in building, sustaining, and future-proofing that talent pipeline, ensuring recruitment activity keeps pace with demand. This position is suited to an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple pipelines, engaging with field-based professionals, and delivering a consistently high standard of candidate experience. Responsibilities Proactively source assessors and subcontractors through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and industry networks. Promote opportunities using approved recruitment marketing materials. Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned to regional and serviceline demand. Identify recruitment challenges in hard-to-fill areas and support mitigation plans. Build links with accreditation bodies, subcontractor groups, and relevant communities. Review applications, CVs, qualifications, and compliance documentation. Conduct initial video interviews and structured screening assessments. Ensure all candidates meet regulatory, health and safety, and operational standards. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of working with the organisation.
