We are recruiting experienced Kitchen Porters for contract catering and hospitality venues across Central London. Ideal for reliable candidates looking for regular weekday kitchen work.

Pay: andpound;12.71andndash;andpound;14.80 per hour + Holiday Pay, depending on venue and experience.

The Role

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining high kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation
• Managing waste and recycling
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and organised
• Supporting the smooth running of daily kitchen operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year''s UK Kitchen Porter experience andndash; essential
• Experience in contract catering, restaurants, hotels or commercial kitchens
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Available Monday to Friday, all 5 days
