This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to grow in a collaborative, achievement-focused environment.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Qualified English Teacher with QTS
• Passion for teaching literature and language
• Confident classroom management with high expectations
• Ability to create imaginative and engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that challenge and motivate pupils
• Track and assess student progress to ensure success
• Collaborate on curriculum development within the department
• Support pupilsandrsquo; academic and personal growth
• Attend parentsandrsquo; evenings and school events as required
