The role is 3 days a week to cover long term sickness and to start as soon as possible.Your new roleThe Business Manager role will be to provide support to the Headteacher to ensure the effective leadership, management and administration of the Academy with specific overall responsibility for Estate and Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Risk Management, HR and Financial Management ensuring that the Academy meets all legislative requirements and policies are fully implemented. This will also include responsibility for all non-teaching requirements of the school including Finance and Budget Management, HR, Premises and Facilities Management, Catering, School Clubs, Marketing and Grants and Health and Safety. The school will only consider applicants with relevant experience within a school environment.What you''ll need to succeedYou will ideally need to have experience of dealing with aspects of premises management and in particular running contracts, health and safety and carrying out risk assessments.
