Financial Controller Middleby UK is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to join our senior management team during an exciting period of growth. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the finance function while contributing strategically to the wider success of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a finance team of three (Management Accountant, Credit Controller and Assistant Accountant) and play a key role in driving operational excellence, financial integrity and business performance. The Role As Financial Controller, you will: Define and implement finance strategies aligned to business objectives Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across all areas of the business Deliver high-quality internal, group and statutory reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning Oversee corporate governance and safeguard company assets Contribute as an active member of the Senior Management Team You will be a positive and influential leader, bringing a supportive, value-added approach to both the finance team and the wider business.
