Civils Project Manager-

Apex Resources Limited are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Civils Project Manager on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, rail, and large-scale civil engineering works, with the potential to secure a long-term position.

The successful candidate must be happy to travel across West Yorkshire on various different projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of heavy civils projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets, programmes, and resource allocation
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders and clients
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues efficiently on-site
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental requirements
Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts (e.g., NEC, FIDIC)
Contract Rate is Negotiable Dependant on experience
