Your new role A role has arisen to work as part of the Technology team. Reporting to the Product Manager of Finance systems, the Product Analyst will assist in the delivery of the key systems, products that support the overall finance systems and help improve the Finance teams ability to deliver high-quality outputs as efficiently as possible. The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product Manager and the finance stakeholders to assist in systems updates, fixes and the implementation of new functionality/ solutions. The Product Analyst will ensure that all defeats/ incidents and changes are recorded with the proper evidence and assist in configuring system updates and troubleshooting. They will assist in managing and developing data integrations from other systems and liaise with system vendors to resolve functional queries and system performance issues.
