Role: Sales AdministratorPay: £27000 - £28000Location: Swindon Hours: Responsive Personnel are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our clients sales team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This role involves managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to help drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systemsPrepare sales reports, presentations, and forecastsHandle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional mannerCoordinate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and marketingAssist the sales team with scheduling meetings and managing calendarsMonitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers where necessarySupport the preparation of contracts, proposals, and quotationsEnsure all documentation is compliant with company policiesSkills and QualificationsProven experience in an administrative or sales support roleStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems is preferredHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable AttributesProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCustomer-focused attitudeStrong data entry ..... full job details .....
