Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Market Development
- Assist in executing sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Support identification and follow-up of new business opportunities.
- Help gather market insights and customer feedback.
Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Visit customers on site as required (expect 50% travel)
- Support account management and customer engagement activities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
- Maintain good customer service and responsiveness.
Collaboration & Sales Support
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM records and assist with sales reporting.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience and interest in B2B sales within manufacturing or related sectors.
- Experience or willingness to work in a collaborative sales team environment.
- Basic commercial awareness and eagerness to develop negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
