1st / 2nd Line Field Engineer Windows 11, M365, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Entra, Networking, DNS, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, Firewall. My client are a small yet established and growing MSP based in Central London that have an immediate requirement for a 1st / 2nd Line Field Engineer. In this role, you''ll be based in Central London, dividing your time between HQ, a primary client account, and delivering on-site support to clients throughout London with occasional visits further afield including a client overseas. Technically the 1st / 2nd Line Field Engineer will have a broad range of skills across technology such as Windows 11, M365, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Entra, Networking, DNS, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, Firewall. Alongside your technical ability you will be confident, articulate and driven by outstanding customer services. The role will involve going on to client sites, meeting new people and taking control of situations so it is essential you are comfortable in that situation. The role will involve someone that can be flexible, willing to travel and comfortable dealing with issues as they arise. A full UK Driving Licence will be required.
