I am sourcing an experienced Senior Learning and Development specialist to join an award-winning HR department. This will be for a 12 month contract based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.Senior Learning and Development Specialist Key Responsibilities;Design and deliver skills training, development, and induction programmesSupport compliance training and mentoring programmes.Introduce and occasionally deliver training sessions, driving LandD innovation.Assess training needs, recommend interventions, and support professional qualifications.Update the intranet and Learning Management System.Use psychometric tools for LandD purposes and assist with CPD queries.Attend training committee and LandD-related meetings.Occasionally travel to other UK offices.
