This is a day based role, core days Monday to Friday, however a flexible approach to working to accommodate a 24/7 operation is required. The duties are varied across the warehouse function supported by a 25,000 pallet crane based Automated Storage Retrieval System. The role is a people manager role requiring advance skills in Operational Excellence, project and continuous development initiatives and proven leadership skills along with coaching and mentoring and an ability to challenge the status quo.
