Are you a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a night shift, where you''ll be responsible for coaching, developing and supervising junior members of the team?

Do you want a role that carries a lot of responsibility, working alongside another Supervisor to manage 6 direct reports?

In this role you''ll be working Nights from 10pm to 6:30am Sunday to Thursday. You''ll be responsible for 6 Engineers on the shift, managing complex projects and creating PPM schedules.

This company are a manufacturer of wood products, selling into multiple sectors from landscaping to garden buildings. On to a bright future, they''re looking increase the size of their Engineering Leadership team to keep up with demand.

This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a night shift, in a role where you''ll have responsibility for coaching, progressing and managing a team of 6 engineers.

The Role:

Reactive and Preventative maintenance on automated machinery

Managing a team of 6 Engineers

Working on projects to improve output and reduce breakdowns

Sunday - Thursday Nights 10pm - 6:30am
