Responsibilities

Working as part of a team to cover UK/European/Asia/US markets, requiring flexibility around hours.

Executing client orders on a TT Front End Platform.

Creating liquidity by obtaining dealing prices and interests from clients for the desk.

Developing and enhancing existing client relationships by identifying client needs and building strong working relationships with new and existing clients.

Demonstrating a high level of product and market knowledge to provide professional and profitable services to clients, with extensive knowledge of market data systems.

Understanding compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including market practices and compliance regulations related to products.

Adhering to relevant risk controls, including risk limits, onboarding only serviced clients, and following key controls impacting the business.

Keeping abreast of market and regulatory developments related to the product area.

Personal Attributes

Previous broking experience, ideally 2-3 years minimum.

Experience in the Futures and Options Market.

NFA Series 3 qualification.

CISI Regulations and Derivatives qualification.

Strong analytical mindset.

Hardworking and willing to learn.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Personal and professional integrity.
