The Role Provide leadership and continuity across all financial and operational areas, including budgeting, management reporting, cash flow, and year-end audit. Ensure robust financial governance and timely statutory and management reporting to the Principal and Governing Board. Oversee support functions, including HR, estates, IT, and compliance, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Lead financial due diligence and scenario planning for potential partnerships or mergers. Develop financial models, business cases, and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
