We are looking for a committed and organised Lead Senior Rowing Coach to lead the Year 9 and Year 10 (J14/15) rowing programme across both boys'' and girls'' squads. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coach to deliver high-quality training while creating a positive, structured, and ambitious environment where young athletes can thrive. You will play a key role in developing rowers from beginners through to competitive level, building strong technical foundations, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the sport. Alongside coaching responsibilities, you will support squad administration, parent communication, athlete development tracking, and event logistics.
