Varang Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth across the South of England. This is a senior commercial role focused on winning new business, developing long-term client relationships and expanding our presence within the healthcare recruitment and staffing market. You will engage with care homes, nursing homes and other healthcare providers, understand their workforce challenges and provide responsive and reliable staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: As our Business Development Manager, you will: Identify and secure new business opportunities across the South of England. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation. Make outbound calls, engage prospective clients and arrange face-to-face meetings.Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Understand clients staffing requirements and present appropriate workforce solutions. Manage the complete business development cycle from initial contact through negotiation, agreement and mobilisation. Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
