Legal Office Administrator / HR Support - Remote | CardiffSalary:
£24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob Summary:TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading national organisation who focus on residential property. They now have a brand-new opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with relevant experience to support their remote working team across a range of administrative, HR, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.Responsibilities
Carry out basic HR tasks such as managing annual leave recordsPerform due diligence checks (e.g., background checks, compliance)Support employee exit procedures and documentationAssist with policy writing, updates, and reviewsImplement and improve internal operational processesOrganise and coordinate internal and external eventsReview and amend documents to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare reports and updates for Directors as requiredCarry out any other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the businessRequirements
Prior experience in HR, administration, or operational supportStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independentlyDiscretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Desirable
