Jobsworth Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Class 2 Steel Delivery Driver on behalf of a well-established steel stockholder based in Halesowen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local business offering long-term stability, excellent earning potential and a varied workload. You''ll be delivering steel products to engineering companies, manufacturers, fabricators and construction sites across the Midlands, with no weekend working and regular overtime available.

• Deliver steel products safely and efficiently across the Midlands.
• Secure loads using ratchet straps and approved load restraint equipment.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Complete delivery paperwork and proof of delivery documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Work in line with DVSA regulations, Drivers'' Hours legislation and company Health & Safety procedures.
• Represent the business in a professional manner at customer sites.

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience.
• Experience delivering steel, timber, construction materials or similar products would be advantageous.
• Confident securing loads with ratchet straps.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, DD or IN endorsements).

• Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience).
• Regular overtime available.
• Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off.
• Permanent, full-time position.
