Ensures safe handling of materials, follows health and safety procedures, and assists with loading and unloading recyclable goods as needed. May work in indoor or outdoor environments, often as part of a team.Sorting recyclable materials manually or with machinery.Operating equipment, such as balers, compactors, and conveyor belts, to process materials.Monitoring contamination in recyclable streams and removing non-recyclable items.Loading and unloading recycling materials for transport.Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and ensuring proper storage of processed materials.Adhering to health and safety guidelines to minimize risk to self and others.Reporting equipment faults ..... full job details .....
