CNX is working alongside a reputable main contractor, based in central Scotland, who are seeiking a Project Manager for current and future projects across central and east Scotland.

As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final handover. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal delivery team to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of interior fit-out projects

• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project delivery

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the commercial team

• Programme works and manage project timelines

• Ensure all health & safety and quality standards are maintained

• Monitor budgets and control project costs with the QS team

• Report progress regularly to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering interior fit-out and/or main contracting projects

• Background in commercial, hospitality, retail, or high-end residential sectors

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A solid understanding of construction processes and compliance

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid certifications required

• Degree or HNC in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
