We are currently working with a highly respected, fast-growing electrical wholesaler based in Birmingham. They are looking to expand their internal sales team by hiring an experienced and motivated Internal Account Manager.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in the electrical wholesale sector who is eager to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts and nurture strong client relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations
• Drive sales performance through upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Consistently work towards and achieve monthly and annual targets

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the electrical wholesale industry
• Strong sales track record
