Role Overview:

You''ll be responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and buildings

our work will include:

• Planning and budgeting facility modifications
• Estimating costs for equipment, labour, and materials
• Managing space allocation, layout, and communications services
• Overseeing facilities expansion projects
• Contributing to or leading health andamp; safety standards

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong background in Facilities or Building Services Engineering
• Able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable coaching or reviewing work of junior team members
• Problem-solver with experience handling complex engineering challenges
• Ideally educated to degree level with relevant industry experience
