We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Property Consultant to join our busy sales team in Portishead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated to achieve outstanding results.Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Proactively register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and portals, and canvass for new instructions.Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring high-quality marketing presentations.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide constructive feedback.Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.Skills and Experience

Proven Experience: Previous experience in property sales or a related role is essential.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Business Acumen: Commercially aware, with the ability to spot and capitalise on opportunities in the local market.Tech-Savvy: Confident with IT systems and open to adopting new technologies to improve efficiency.Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms to help drive business engagement.Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, well-organised, and passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals.Interested?
