You''ll be visiting customers in their homes across Bridgend and the surrounding area, carrying out essential repairs and minor adaptations that help older people and people living with disabilities stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. What will you be doing? You''ll take on a varied range of practical tasks, including: Installing grab rails and other minor adaptations Carpentry and general household repairs Minor groundworks, including concrete ramps and steps General property maintenance and repairs Helping to make homes safer and more accessible Diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions Experience with PVC windows and doors or plumbing would be a bonus, but we''re particularly interested in people with a broad practical skill set and a can-do attitude.
