Our client, a leader in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking a Talent and Learning Professional to join their team on a contract basis in Preston. This role focuses on supporting talent development and organisational learning initiatives within a dynamic and high-security environment. The position requires strong administrative skills and an understanding of the defence industry''s training and talent needs.
