We have a great opportunity for a Female Support Worker to work with a lady with cerebral palsy in her own home in the Cardiff Area. The role is to provide practical support and ensure safety with everyday activities in the community such as shopping, attending appointments. Role will involve all personal and domestic care, as well as supporting client to attend and participate in a wide range of different activities, including attending the gym / boxing as well as supporting client to care for her cat and dog. The client completes head painting and runs regular market stalls, the support worker will need to assist with these. Previous experience, full driving licence are essential. PurposeTo work as part of a team providing support and care for the client ensuring safety and physical wellbeing. To facilitate the client''s independence by adopting the appropriate approach as advised by the case manager. About the Client: The client is a 33-year-old lady with cerebral palsy. She is a bright and fun-loving individual who is very determined to live a fun and active lifestyle.
