As an Admin & Attendance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of the school. Working closely with the senior leadership team, office staff, teachers, pupils, and parents, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records and providing effective administrative support.

The successful Admin & Attendance Officer will monitor and follow up pupil attendance and punctuality, communicate with parents and carers, maintain accurate school records, and support the school in promoting high levels of attendance.

The Admin & Attendance Officer will need to be highly organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, and able to work efficiently in a busy school office environment. Previous experience working within a school or education setting would be advantageous.
