Our client, a growing Design & Build fit-out contractor, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join their team with a clear path to progress into an Operations Director role. This is a key opportunity for someone looking to grow with a business and take on more strategic responsibility over time.

Projects typically range from £250k to £5m and include CAT A and CAT B D&B fit-outs across London, with some nationwide coverage. You’ll take full ownership of project delivery while gaining exposure to wider aspects of the business as it scales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing D&B fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion
• Leading site delivery, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining programme and budget control
• Ensuring excellent client communication and project documentation
• Supporting operational improvements and future business growth

Training and development will be provided in:

• Tendering and bid strategy
• Pitching and client negotiation
• Managing PCSA and pre-construction stages
