You will lead a finance team of 12+, owning financial control end to end across a multi entity, multi currency operation. What You Will Own Month end and year end close, balance sheet integrity, statutory reporting and audit Full ownership of AP and AR, including payment runs and banking controls Inventory accounting: valuation, movement tracking and reconciliation The internal controls framework, strengthened through an ongoing ERP programme Recruiting, onboarding and developing the team as European expansion adds entities and volume Partnering with IT, BI and FPandA to embed and optimise the ERP What We Are Looking For A Financial Controller with experience leading an in house finance team of 10 or more Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), three or more years in a comparable Financial Controller role Background in a product business (retail, consumer goods, FMCG) with inventory exposure Strong IFRS knowledge and a track record designing ..... full job details .....
