Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

Working within a busy production environment, you will play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and checked to the highest quality standards before distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and preparing food products efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the production area
• Managing pot washing and cleaning duties effectively
• Supporting the production team with general factory duties as required
• Following all food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience within food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
• A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
