Cost Manager . You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team working on a wide range of luxury schemes across London. The business actively promotes progression and encourages an enterprising and autonomous working culture.Key Responsibilities:Cost planning and feasibility studies

Tendering and preparation of Bills of Quantities

Drafting and managing contract documentation

Managing valuations and reviewing variations

Preparing detailed financial reports for clients

Contract administration

Leading and contributing to client meetings

Candidate Profile:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Residential sector experience preferred (prime or super-prime advantageous)

Ideally RICS chartered or working towards APC

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Clear, confident communicator – this is a client-facing role

Full UK driver’s licence
