Construction lawyer - part time - in houseWe''re seeking a senior non-contentious Construction lawyer to support our client, a data centre company, for at least 6 months on a part-time basis.Legal advisory on construction law, regulatory compliance (zoning, building codes, environmental regulation, safety standards), and risk managementCollaborating with project managers, engineers, landowners, builders, and architectsExperience with JCT and NEC contractsThis role involves working 3 days per week, for at least 1 year, starting as soon as possible.
