This opportunity would suit an experienced Maths teacher ready to move into leadership, or an established subject leader looking to develop a department and improve pupil outcomes. You will lead the development and delivery of the Maths curriculum, support colleagues and help pupils build confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities: Lead curriculum planning and development across Mathematics. Deliver engaging lessons that support pupils of different abilities. Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and sharing effective practice. Use assessment to identify misconceptions and plan targeted support. Promote positive behaviour and high expectations across the department. The successful candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong experience teaching Mathematics.
