Your Day-to-Day Provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair serviceCarry out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building workMaintain equipment and services, including Planned Preventative Maintenance checksComply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazardsTravel to other sites on occasions to cover absence/emergency repairsFlexibility and commitment to work beyond normal working hours when required to complete works/maintain safety and securityCheck the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices and fire emergency lights. You are Experienced in a similar role, or have worked in a self-employed capacity in recent yearsWilling to travel and hold a full valid driving licenceAble to communicate at all levels and record detailed, accurate maintenance informationSkilled at DIY and general maintenancePreferably experienced in the electrical/plumbing/construction industryFriendly, ..... full job details .....
