Supporting highly respected Partners and Managing Directors, this is a classic Executive Assistant role that requires first-class diary management, outstanding attention to detail and the confidence to operate at pace within a demanding business. Whilst your executives are engaging and personable, they are also naturally reserved, requiring an EA with excellent judgement, strong emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs without constant direction. Working within a close-knit team, you will have a humble, team-focused approach. You will work seamlessly with colleagues across the firm, as well as external stakeholders and partners to ensuring the smooth running of their day.
