In this role you will be assisting clients living with complex needs such as spinal cord- injuries or peg feeding.

- Deliver personalized clinacal and daily care tailored- to individual care plans-
- Assist clients with routine daily living tasks, personal hygiene, nutritional support and domestic activities and emotional welbeing-
- Maintain precise up-to-date care documentation monitoring client health and report changes promptly to care managers-
