Working closely with the Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support across the portfolio, assisting with tenant liaison, contractor coordination, property records, budgeting and invoicing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of the Client''s commercial property portfolioMaintain accurate property records, tenancy information and operational dataAct as a first point of contact for tenant enquiriesLog and track maintenance and facilities management issuesSupport rent reviews and lease renewal processes with external consultantsProcess landlord consent requests and issue standard correspondenceCoordinate tenancy handovers, key collection and meter readingsAssist with rent, service charge and ad hoc invoicingSupport budget monitoring and service charge reconciliationsVerify contractor invoices and assist with purchase order administrationMaintain insurance claim records and progress logsPrepare reports and property updates for senior managementRequirementsDegree or postgraduate qualification, or equivalent experienceProperty ..... full job details .....
