I am seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager in the Dorset/Somerset area.This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key on-trade customers, such as bars, restaurants, hotels, and catering establishments, while driving sales growth in the designated territory Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans aimed at increasing sales within the on-trade sector.Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional strategies and campaigns.Conduct product presentations, tastings, and training sessions to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, balancing client needs with company profitability.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
