This company manufactures laboratory equipment for food and animal feed, raw materials and plant matters, supplying into a range of industries, predominantly academia, manufacturing and food. With a growing workload, they are now looking to expand their friendly team.

Working alongside 1 other engineer, your day-to-day will consist of repairing, installing and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment, with a split off on-site and off-site work. This role will see you covering the whole UK and Ireland- with occasional overnight stays, providing the opportunity for regular travel. This company is seeking a flexible person as hours of work vary, however standard working hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5, and 9-4 on Fridays.

This role would be ideal for a person with a Mechanical Maintenance or Field Service background looking to start a long-term career. If you enjoy being out-and-about in the field, are personable with great customer care, and have a strong aptitude, this role could be a great fit for you.

The role:

• Maintenance, repairs and installations of laboratory equipment (instruments and equipment)
• Occasional travel to sites throughout the UK and Ireland
• Servicing of hydraulics, steam and vacuums
• Company vehicle provided

The person:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Mechanical Maintenance or Field Service Background
• Commutable to Brackley
• Willing to travel UK-wide
