Electrical Technician Panels and Systems 12 month Fixed term contract Salary circa £40k depending on experience Wallsend Full time - 37.5 hours per week; Mon-Thu 6.30am-3.30pm; Fri 6.30am-11am Permanent We''re hiring several time-served Electrical Technician to work on a wide range of tasks and sub-assemblies. You will apply your skills to build, but not limited to, control systems, power systems, assemblies. Key Aims and Objectives Follow correct build instructions and drawings Maintain quality standards within the build Maintain excellent relations with team and colleagues Remain flexible Contribute to Continuous Improvement whenever possible Prime Roles and Duties Panel wiring of small accurate components following electrical schematics. Work to allocated tasks in line with the Production MPS Be involved in and instigate Continuous improvement activities. Task Risk Assessments Qualifications, Skills and Experience Good working knowledge of panel wiring working to electrical drawings HNC or equivalent experience Experience working in a continuous improvement environment Ability to recognise and work to meet pre-determined deadlines, production schedule Possess an understanding of the requirements for the correct assembly of all electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, as well as experience stripping, crimping, and terminating all cables including umbilicals Team player Proactive attitude Health and Safety Driven Flexibility Ability and willingness to learn Please ..... full job details .....
