Escape Recruitment is partnering with an established manufacturer experiencing significant growth, to recruit a hands-on Material Planner / Expeditor for their manufacturing site.In this role, you will work closely with key suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules in a fast-paced Just-In-Time (JIT) environment. You will be part of the Purchasing team, keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.The Role:Interpret MRP/ERP outputs to create, adjust and expedite purchase ordersBe the first point of contact for operational matters with suppliersResolve delays, shortages and invoice queriesSchedule production parts to meet daily demandMaintain stock levels and organise materials to minimise wasteExperience and knowledge required for the role Experience as a Material Planner, Expeditor, or Buyer in a manufacturing/engineering environment ERP/MRP system experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Team player who can also work independently Positive, professional approach with excellent communication skillsThis is a hands-on, operational role in a company with real growth plans, perfect for someone who thrives on keeping production running efficiently.Interested?
